Accessibility
This website has been designed to be accessible to all web users, irrespective of individual abilities and browser type. This statement gives information about accessibility features, and levels of conformance to industry standards.
Accessing Downloadable Documents
Where downloadable documents are made available from this website, they are, wherever possible, published in two file formats - Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF) and Rich Text Format (RTF).
To view PDF files you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer. This software is available free of charge from the Adobe website. Users with visual impairments who make use of text to speech software may encounter problems when using PDF files. The access.adobe.com website provides tools and information to help make Adobe PDF files accessible to users with visual disabilities.
Wherever possible, we provide RTF files as an alternative to PDFs. RTF files are readable with current word-processors. Please note that the RTF files may not maintain the original formatting and layout of document and that images - pictures, maps, graphs, logos - are removed. RTF files may be larger than PDFs and therefore slower to download.
