A sector expert is provided by CFF to facilitate effective collaboration with the city administration. CFF's ongoing development support includes specialised training, peer-to-peer exchanges, study trips and knowledge sharing.
Our range of formal indicators for each project ensures there are specific actions and recommendations on equity and inclusion as well as measures of the city's ability to scale up and replicate using our support and products.

Yes, it is possible to apply. Eligibility is extended to all cities that meet the criteria.
CFF supports projects in the sectors sustainable urban mobility, renewable energy, waste and adaptation in urban contexts.
Yes, cities are welcome and encouraged to apply with more than one project. The CFF will review all projects submitted and work with the cities to consider supporting one or more of the submitted projects.
CFF does not provide monetary support. Based on the assessment, CFF contributes with different technical assistance measures for project preparation and to access finance for project implementation.
