With support from CFF, your city can develop a finance-ready project to reduce emissions and strengthen resilience against the impacts of the climate crisis.
We put the interests of the city and residents first.
Putting the interests of the city and its residents first is central to our principles and our process. This extends to the future interests of the city, beyond CFF’s direct involvement.
Our cities not only retain ownership throughout the project but gain the experience and expertise needed to replicate and upscale future projects, supporting independent preparation and execution of climate action plans beyond the CFF’s support.
Our process centres equity & inclusion while ensuring long-term capacity development.
We link infrastructure projects to public and private financing, as well as provide cities with the ongoing support and expertise they need.
A sector expert is provided by CFF to facilitate effective collaboration with the city administration. CFF's ongoing development support includes specialised training, peer-to-peer exchanges, study trips and knowledge sharing.
Our range of formal indicators for each project ensures there are specific actions and recommendations on equity and inclusion as well as measures of the city's ability to scale up and replicate using our support and products.
CFF supports projects which have been scoped, planned, and for which some pre-feasibility studies have been completed.
